Event Signup

The following is the procedure for signing up for events:

    1.  Check the calendar ( www.eventcal.net/rramsteam ) for date and times of event.  ALL Times will be report time unless otherwise noted.

    2.  Email intent to work to tberry766@sbcglobal.net , do not expect a reply, but we try to update the calendar to show who is signed up.  You may also call 806-535-6004 to signup if you do not have email capability.

    3.  Some events have limited number of slots available, you will be notified if the event is full and you will be put on a waiting list.

    4.  You are required to work at least one commencement a year to be eligible for the more interesting events.
